USRC Bluebonnet Dialysis

Interior Finish out 9,500SF

The Bluebonnet Dialysis project consisted of the complete interior finish of 9500SF in a 30,000SF multi-tenant building. J & A staff were able to successfully complete this project ahead of schedule and within budget. The finishes include LVT and Carpet flooring, Inpro & FRP wall protection, Sherwin Williams Paint and custom millwork with P-lam fronts and solid surface c-tops at all wet areas. A single Twenty-Seven-ton high efficiency rooftop package unit provides conditioned air throughout the space.
