Design Quality Control

Quality Control of the design documents is a critical component in getting accurate proposals from all bidders. Our estimators and field staff, review every detail of the plans, comparing pages against one another for accuracy. In a competitive bid situation, this attention to detail benefits the client in numerous ways. It ensures that accuracy not only of our proposal but of other bidders and confirms the accuracy of the CD’s before work begins. The more accurate the design documents, the less likely that change orders will occur on a project and it is always our goal to minimize any unexpected cost to our clients.
