This 3,362 SF cosmetic dermatology clinic is being constructed on behalf of Skin Pharm Dermatology. Geniant & Eastlake Desgin provided an elegant design to this 5th floor space located at 345 N. Morgan St. in downtown Chicago. J & A General Contracting, Inc. is providing Preconstruction, Construction Management and Post Construction Services on the project, which is expected to be delivered in September 2025.
