2.5 acre development 10,00SF Ground Up Project
The Learning Experience project consisted of 2.5 acres of raw land development including site, utility work and ground up construction of a 10,000SF early education facility. J & A General Contracting, Inc. worked alongside the Gan Group to value engineer the project and to expedite the permitting process, freeing our client up to go out and source additional deals.
Project Scope:
- 10,000SF ground-up project
- Steel & Wood support structure with masonry exterior
- Roofing system is a combination of sloped TPO at the Mechanical Systems and perimeter shingled roof.
- LVT & Carpet throughout
- Playground Equipment including water play system, artificial turf, and special soft surfacing at the play areas.
- Full commercial kitchen
