6500SF Interior Finish out project for US Renal Care, the facility was beautifully designed by Alex Roush Architects out of Atlanta, Georgia and the project were constructed on time and within budget. J & A worked with ARA to create a preliminary budget and list of MBBI items, maximizing the tenant improvement allowance from the landlord. New 800-amp electrical service was installed along with transfer switching to accommodate back up power in the case of an extended outage.
