Steve Lancaster

Steve has over 26 years of commercial ground up, tenant improvement, and heavy highway construction experience as both a manager and owner. He has a successful and robust track record in business development, operations, as well as, construction management. Steve has been directly involved in projects that span 34 states and range from 9,000 SF up to 4,000,000 SF. He has extensive experience in medical, big box retail, office/flex space and distribution center construction. Throughout his career, Steve has maintained great relationships with clients, developers and owners, resulting in continued business development.   In his free time, Steve is an avid follower of Texas Tech athletics, Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys.
